Digital & Virtual Health Lunch

Frogmore Creek is proud to present a Q & A Lunch hosted at The Lounge by Frogmore Creek on the Hobart waterfront.

Guest speakers Jessica Blizzard, Director of The Talent Collective & Jessica Monks, Director of Sapphire City Studio will dive into the worlds of Virtual & Digital health. These two women are at the forefront of their industries and will provide guests with unique insights into the growth of both influencer marketing and the power of pilates.

 Jessica Blizzard
The Talent Collective – MD

The Talent Collective; an agency that has stepped away from a ‘one size fits all’ approach when managing radio hosts, journalists, writers, influencers & creative’s. Established in 2015 to nurture, service and support a niche group of accomplished individuals, the agency has grown to represent some of the leading digital influencers and personalities including @sophiecachia_ @talithacummins @becdouros

During lunch we will quiz Jessica on her background and delve into the fast moving age of digital marketing.  Jessica will give insight into the world of Influencers, discuss what makes talent unique and how brands should approach using influencers for their business.

Most importantly we will touch on self awareness around personal branding and our digital health foot print.

Jessica Monks
Sapphire City Studio – Owner | Director

As the owner and lead trainer of The Sapphire Studio in Hobart, Jess believes the best way to know our bodies better is through relatable dialogue, visuals and education.

For anyone lucky enough to have attended a class with this movement enthusiast, you will understand Jess’s ability to break down the barriers of technical terms and mesh them together in her own words, where students can connect the dots between functional moves and daily life.

With over 15 years of teaching, and a killer bod to boot, Jess is proof of her own teachings. Our Q & A with Jess will give insight into the growing age of Pilates and Barre exercises, discuss modern day health issues that can be changed through fluid movement and general ideas around virtual health in today’s world.

Long time friends, these two brilliant women will be a hoot at lunch – We look forward an afternoon of great conversation, good food and delicious wine.
