6 January | Single Block Series
Hosted by Alain Rousseau, Senior Winemaker
This dinner will exclusively feature wines from the Frogmore Creek Single Block Series. Estate Harvested small batch and single varietal wines including Gamay, Cabernet Franc, Shiraz and Merlot just to name a few. Our host will take you through the collection, chat about the vineyard and winemaking, and showcase the latest from the Single Block Series range.

3 February | Tasmania vs. New Zealand
Hosted by John Bown, Winemaker
Join us as we host a comparative dinner of New Zealand and Tasmanian wines. With similar cool climate styles, we will explore the similarities and differences between Tassie and NZ winemaking and viticulture. An evening of delicious dishes paired with some of the best cool climate wines Tasmania and our offshore neighbours have to offer.

2 March | Frogmore Creek

 An evening featuring our flagship brand and namesake, the highly acclaimed Frogmore Creek wines are from the genuine cool-climate of the Coal River Valley, where our grapes benefit from a long growing season amongst our pristine natural environment. These slowly-ripened grapes develop pure fruit flavours, fresh natural acidity and are perfect for making world class cool-climate wines. Combine this with our purists approach to winemaking and our philosophy of environmental sustainability, the result… A seriously good wine.

 6 April | 42 Degrees South
Hosted by Stan Zheng, Sommelier 
42°S is the central latitude of Tasmania and reflects the cool climate position for which the grapes are grown. The finished wine is driven by the quality of the fruit with minimal intervention from the winemaking team who choose to let the fruit do the work. The end result is fresh vibrant wines that showcase the very best of the Tasmanian Cool climate.

4 May | End of Vintage Dinner

Join our winemakers Alain and John for an extra special first Monday dinner as we celebrate the end of vintage 2020.

1 June | Tasmania vs. Mainland
Hosted by John Bown, Winemaker
A collection of wines from our cool climate Island home, compared against our mainland counterparts and paired with a three course menu designed by our kitchen team.
